Dev is a yellow fox with two small cream-colored horns and round blue glasses, usually in a navy vest. Like Bori, Dev is a fox, but with different fur, horns and glasses.
Dev moved to Toy Island not long ago and opened a paint shop. Dev asks the island friends for things in English and is delighted whenever your child helps.
